ID Card Terms and Conditions

Singapore Bible College Limited reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the card at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be uploaded to the Singapore Bible College website immediately.

Student
Alumni

Student

  • The ID Card is not transferable;
  • The ID Card must be worn with the provided lanyard at all times while on campus and during College Events;
  • Any misuse, alteration, or fabrication of the card will subject the holder to disciplinary action by the college;
  • With a valid library membership, the ID Card also serves as a library card;
  • The ID Card is only valid until the expiry date as stated;
  • The expiry date for students is the last day of the month when the student is expected to complete the registered programme;
  • The ID Card is to be surrendered at the end of the study;
  • If the card is damaged or becomes otherwise unusable, it is the cardholder’s responsibility to replace it.

Alumni

  • Only verified SBC graduates may apply for SBC Alumni ID Card.
  • Recent colour photo showing the full face against a white background
  • Size of photo should be?400 x 514 pixels?and file size of around?150 Kbytes.
  • Alumni & Church Relations Office adheres to the Personal Data Protection Policy to safeguard all personal data.?For full policy, please visit?/about/info/privacy-policy.
  • The cardholder is only entitled to hold one Alumni ID Card at a time.
  • The cardholder must not allow any other person to use his/her Alumni ID Card.
  • The cardholder must keep his/her Alumni ID Card worn at all times while on campus.
  • Any misuse, alteration, or fabrication of Alumni ID Card will subject the cardholder to disciplinary action by the college.
  • The SBC Alumni ID Card should preferably be worn using the provided SBC green coloured lanyard. Cardholders are allowed to use other personal lanyard or clips that are plain or otherwise with presentable designs that do not contain name/logo of other organizations, obscene or vulgar words and images.
  • If the card is damaged or becomes otherwise unusable, it is the cardholder’s responsibility to replace it. A replacement fee is payable. Cardholder is to return the old card for a replacement card.
  • SBC Alumni & Church Relations Office reserves the right to request the return of the SBC Alumni ID Card without attributing reason. The card is non-transferrable and remains the property of Singapore Bible College.
