Brash Scholarships
was established to help spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to assist needy persons in their preparation for full-time Christian work and missions.
Conditions For Application
The Brash Scholarships are awarded to deserving persons who wish to pursue undergraduate studies in Singapore or the United Kingdom, or postgraduate studies in Singapore, the United Kingdom, United States of America, Philippines or Indonesia.?
All applicants for both categories must fulfill the following conditions:
- Applicants must be male Chinese citizens of Singapore or Malaysian or Indonesian subjects.
- Applicants must be of an approved Protestant denomination or background.
- Applicants must be born-again Evangelicals and of sound character.
- Applicants must be preparing for full-time Christian work and missionary service.
- Applicants must be financially needy.
Application Procedure
If you meet the above conditions, please submit the application form and the following documents:
- Letter of acceptance issued by the school;
- General health medical checkup report;
- Detail breakdown and financial information provided by the university to support the amount you request from Brash Scholarship
- Five sets of referee form. Please inform the referees to mail them directly to The Brash Trust mailing address.
Note: It?is important to fill in the financial section (no 15 of the application form) accurately. The figures must be matched against the financial information provided by the university. Kindly note that the room and board expenses are not available for local students. (E.g. Singaporean study in Singapore).
The Trustees meeting will be held around April/May, please kindly submit the completed application documents by end of March.
