Every year, we are blessed to welcome our Alumni—near and far—back for Homecoming Day.
In 2024, for the very first time, we combined it with Founders’ Day. Alumni gathered with their schools to count God’s blessings together and to remember the Founders who made the study of His Word at SBC possible. It was a truly meaningful and memorable milestone.
This year (2025), our combined Founders’ Day & Alumni Homecoming was made even more special with the launch of our New Library! And that’s not all—our speaker, Rev. Andrew Chai, left a lasting mark by painting a vibrant mural that now adds a splash of colour to our campus wall. When you next visit, don’t forget to take a photo in front of it!
Beyond Homecoming, Alumni life is full and rich. We gather through SBCircle (Zoom prayer meetings in English), 新神祷告圈（线上祷告会）, Chapel services, retreats, conferences, seminars, fellowship meals, church partnerships, continual equipping opportunities, and of course, special college-wide events like Founders’ Day and anniversaries. Retreats may involve all four schools, such as the one held in August 2017, or they may be organised within individual schools for closer fellowship.
Looking ahead—mark your calendars! The next Founders’ Day & Alumni Homecoming will be on 20 August 2026. Come back for a time of reflecting, renewing, and reuniting. We look forward to seeing you then!
